Should I Tell My Boyfriend I Cheated?

If you've cheated on your partner, you may find yourself debating if it's a good idea to own up to your actions and confess them. This can be a tricky situation. Need a push in the right direction? Hot 97's DJ Laura Stylez and singer Kat DeLuna give you some things to think about before you make your decision.
Kat DeLuna: Nope, never. Oh my god, I'm so bad.
Laura Stylez: If somebody cheated on me, I would want to know. I want to hear it from them so I think I would have to give a guy the same courtesy.
KDL: What he doesn't know, he won't ever know. Some people just don't get
over that...
LS: I get that 'cause I don't know if
I would forgive him. I hold grudges, and I probably wouldn't trust him anymore, but I would still want to know so I would also have to tell.
KDL: You should do to others what you want done to you, claro. Pero, if you want the relationship to work, don't tell. You just better not do it again. But now if you're broken up and ya son amigos and you're like, "You know what? I have a confession to make." That's OK.
LS: If you're cheating, then you know you have to stop or get out of the relationship. Most times people do it to search for something their partner is not giving them. But some people cheat
just because they want a fling. Do they really love their partner? Yes. Do they want to be with them? Yes. It didn't mean anything. But you still have to communicate.
KDL: I wouldn't tell if I want to stay together, but I still want to know if I'm being cheated on. But I'm like the FBI, so I'm gonna know. I don't believe in invading someone's property, but I will go through your stuff if I suspect something's going on!
LS: New question: Is sleeping with someone else while you're on a break OK?
KDL: I'm a romantic so I don't believe in breaks. And I'm possessive. Como dice mi prima, hasta la muerte.
LS: One of my best friends is Dominican. She met me for drinks one day, and she's like, "Yeah, Andrew [her BF], said we need a break." She was like, "Break? That's not happening, so what are we doing for lunch tomorrow?"
